The conference will feature a poster session for participants to present their ideas, research, and development activities in areas covered by the event topics. All registrants are eligible to submit a poster. The poster session will be an important opportunity for you to build your knowledge and network with attendees. The number of posters will be limited to 16 to allow for adequate time for meaningful interactions between presenters and conference attendees. All accepted abstracts will be published as an addendum to the conference proceedings.
What is a poster?
The poster board will be 4 feet tall by 6 feet wide,(1.2 m by 1.8 m) mounted on stands. The presentation space is one side of a standalone poster board that you can tack posters or individual pages onto.
Call for Poster Proposals
Please follow these instructions to submit a poster abstract:
Theme: Solid state research, crystallization control, innovative formulation approaches
Format: Single page, one inch margins, two columns Word document
Font: Times New Roman font, 11 point
Content: Suggested poster components include a clear statement regarding the aim of the work, introduction, description of experimental methods, results and conclusions. Headings must include title, authors, and affiliations (centered); Single space, blank line between paragraphs; No page numbers
Language: Recommended poster language is English. Posters in Chinese with an English abstract will be accepted also.
How to submit a poster?
Submit via email to conference committee, email@example.com. The final selection of 16 posters will be done by the conference committee.
The deadline for submissions is August 15, 2013. Successful presenters will be notified by August 31.
